These are a really good set of phones just for being simple to operate and easy to set up. As soon as you unpack the phones, just plug the batteries in and connect the phone to your telephone socket. Even the rechargable batteries are pre-charged for you!

The phones are slick, and it's easy to customise each one, a bit like a Nokia mobile really. The only downside is the light on each base station is quite bright so you don't want to keep it too near to your bed if you prefer a pitch black bedroom.

I bought a set of these and had to take them back because of a very loud crackling noise on both handsets. The replacements were exactly the same and the helpdesk advise me they're very sensitive to broadband signals.
Of course they blamed it on my broadband filters, but my old BT cordless phones are crystal clear so I don't accept that excuse !

Sadly I've had to change them for BT Freestyle 350's, which is a shame because aside from the crackling (which rendered them pretty much unusable) they were very nice and extremely easy to use / program.
