Bought this book as I wanted some different songs as I was getting sick of the usual nursery rhymes. It's great fun and my baby loves the song and the book is colourful and keeps his attention. The singer's voice is a little irritating but you soon get used to her. Great for pre school children.

I seem to be alone in thinking that the vocal performance of this rather poorly-written song is just plain weird and creepy! My sons always ask: "why does the lady sing so funny"? (and NOT funny ha ha, funny peculiar!)I am a great fan of sing-a-long books and have Creepy Crawley Calypso, Portside Pirates, We all go Travelling By and Animal Boogie...all of which I highly recommend!
Pity about the song as the book is nicely illustrated. I have now binned the CD and it's now just a reading book!

An excellent book with a catchy tune. A very useful teaching resource - my school children love it and my support staff can't stop singing it! I would highly recommend this book.
