Very good book about corruption and magic. Spells that you only see in the cards appear in the satchels of these fighters. It focuses around Garth One-eye, whose previous alliances will be revealed through the book! Three stars of great Magic: The Gathering

I'm sixteen, and this book was a favorite. Hinting at the plot line never actually lets you know what's going to happen. And when you have the feeling that you know, it doesn't matter, for you want to read the way that this magnificent author put it together anyway.

This is one of the best books I've ever read. It combines comedy, action, suspence, and even a little bit of romance. For those that know the story and cards to Magic (such as myself), this book is even better for it contains great spells, action, and descriptions.

A refreshing view on the game Magic: the Gathering.
This book focuses on the Players and playing of the game not the "storyline" behind the cards because, when it comes down to actual play, the "storylines"... Read more
