very pleased with this product ordered it for my daughter who has been using the zeno but now cannot purchase the replacement tips . this was advertised as better than zeno good value and the tip does not need replacing, she is really pleased with it , its an excellent replacement for the zeno and just as good if not better if i had to give it a downside its batteries only, but that is really no problelm would recommend.
