Product Description

It's a new school year and Maggie Moore has a brand new diary!

Maggie is determined to win something this year, and starts entering all sorts of competitions and contests. However, with an unusual family and a habit of getting into embarrassing situations, things don’t always go quite as planned.

She accidentally causes mayhem at the school sleepover, finds herself in a very unsuitable costume at the Halloween party, and ends up crouched behind a tree during the cross-country race. But can she win anything?

A hilarious story about friendship, family, and resilience.

Perfect for ages 7-12.

I really enjoyed this book.
My favourite bit was when Maggie realized that her mum had sewn her dads blue pants to her sleeping bag.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Maggie Moore books are Amazing! 1 Jun 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I loved it because it was funny, imaginative and just truly amazing!
I love the style of the book, I love it when they are written in first person. My favourite part of the book was when Riley gave Maggie the balloon, so cute!
I would recommend this book to people (like me) who love writing and are quite imaginative, if neither they should still read the magnificent 'Maggie Moore Wants To Win'
I have 'really enjoyed both Maggie Moore books and I am really looking forward to reading more!

Kathryn, age 11

5.0 out of 5 stars Very happy! 20 Oct 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I love it! Yet again, Firna Rex Shaw has gone way above and beyond my expectations and left me beyond satisfied! I got hooked on this author after seeing my daughter's first reaction to "Maggie Moore and the Secret School Diary" I knew I had found one of those 'hidden gems' when she asked me to re-read it again a few days later. I can't stress enough how perfect these books are for children, I'm truly looking forward to the next books that she releases - if they are even close to as good as this then I know I will be more than happy with the content. Firna Rex Shaw is an author that shouldn't be overlooked!
