Book Description

2 July 2013 Grimm Fairy Tales Presents...
The mind-bending follow up to Call of Wonderland is here! Following the events of Call of Wonderland, Detective Legrasse is still trying to make sense out of what happened to the two murder suspects who disappeared, seemingly in thin air, from a locked basement. But when she's called in on a disturbing and brutal murder case, she realizes that there is a connection to be made somewhere. Meanwhile, the back-story that follows H.P. Lovecraft's journal continues as Lovecraft's disturbing dreams are becoming more and more real to him.

4.0 out of 5 stars Hard to follow, but great chapter in the twisted Wonderland... 14 Aug 2013
By Zen - Published on Amazon.com
Just like i said in the title , the Wonderland series from Zenescope are getting so hard to follow...which is first, last or current ?
Far as i know everything starts with Alice in Wonderland then the current one Down the rabbit hole, then Return to W, Beyond W, Escape from W , Call of W ( this one, Madness of W is the next one , right after Call of Wonderland). Then you have Tales from Wonderland , which are three volumes and some annuals which God knows where they fit. Even more a new series call Through the looking glass is coming out...
I like Madness of Wonderland, way more than Call of Wonderland ( for which i also left a review). The artwork is not that great, but the story is damn catchy. A detective ( for some reasons, in the well known Zenescope style a girl with huge breasts, also a lesbian) starts to investigate a crime, which is connected to an old journey and directly to Johnny Liddle ( aka Mad Hatter). Short story and very in your face. It's a ''fresh air'', since is not another good girls vs bad girls , a topic that Zenescope is still pushing and keep repeating it for over two years.
Great ''horror'' adult comic.
2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing.... 11 Sep 2013

Honestly, I was expecting more. Ever since I first picked up the first of the Wonderland series, I've enjoyed the various twists and turns the guys at Zenescope have come up with. But this was disappointing. It had the potential to be a great classic mind-twist at the end, but almost EVERY SINGLE COVER ILLUSTRATION GIVES IT AWAY. By the time I finished the book, I was fairly disappointing when it had such potential. First of the Wonderland series of books that really disappointed me.
