They were ok mountain bike shorts, I've had better and worse. (Although they had to go back, but I will come to that in a moment). They looked and felt good quality, however, I could see the velcro pieces around the waiste getting in the way after time because they needed to be pulled tight and because of their length, would start to flap.
But there in lies my second issue. I bought a size large, (I am 34/36 inch I'm embarrased to say), but these were huge. Consequently, the velcro had to be pulled so tight that the ends were now flapping in front of me. Over time and with more wear, this would have become worse and felt like a design fault some where along the way. So, sadly they had to go back.
