There was no instruction manual and no installation code on either the cd rom or the confirmation email as promised. The helpline eventually emailed me an installation code. After installation I could not access the manual for instructions. In fact only one option was available as the messages said not available on trying to access options. Another email told me just to use "clean" which I did. The original intention was to erase all internet history. The software erased all my data files and photographs and crashed the computer altogether. PC World could not retrieve anything but did manage to restore the systems to factory settings. This was a disastrous and costly exercise and I hope the retailers take note.
