I got this wheel as a christmas present - 2006, and at the time i loved it! But now in late july the perfection has worn off.
Please Note: The wheel has never been dropped or been near small hands!
The wheel it self has gone of center slightly and the 'select' and 'start' button only work when the wheel is on full left lock. The left paddle shift behind the wheel always sticks when i use it, so i have to manually pull it back. Aside form these annoying faults the wheel works perfectly with all the racing games that i've used, unlike the microsoft wheel.
These are games i've used it with:
Test Drive - very good
Dirt demo - good
PGR3 - good
NFS carbon - O.K
When you look at a microsoft wheel, boy does it look good, the mad catz one looks very cheap, and not very well put together.
2.5 stars out of five
PS DO NOT BE PUT OFF, I HAVE USED THE WHEEL QUITE ALOT AS I'M ADDICTED TO TEST DRIVE!
THE FAULTS COULD BE DUE TO BEING USED ALOT!

This is a superb steering wheel for the 360, it works especially well with the superb "Test drive unlimited" as long as you set the control settings for the wheel to on in the game options. The wheel and the pedals respond perfectly, I find it much easier to use than the pad.

I was initially a little disappointed with this product when I took it out of the box. It was a lot lighter and more flimsy then I had hoped for. The steering is v light indeed.

Having said this I used it pretty extensively on both PGR3 and TDU and found it particularly useful on the latter for high speed gentle corners and gear changes. However, doing the big slides to rack up Kudos on PGR is a lot easier using the standard controller - especially on cone challenges.

The wheel can be easily and securely mounted on either a table surface or your lap, although the pedals tend to easily slide away from your feet on carpets. The cable connection is adequately long and is simply a matter of plug & play.

Unfortunately I had to return this item as one of the key buttons on the wheel did not work at all. I have now got the new wireless racing wheel, which comes with force feedback and is far superior. It has much sturdier feel and the force feedback adds a new level of realism.
