I gave this to my 12 year old nephew for his birthday. He had seen the film but not played the game and immediately put it on and started playing. It's not exactly action-packed or fast-paced and we all know early teenage boys like shoot-em ups the most, but he did enjoy playing and seemed to like to change his character several times with the different games. The assault course and the football game went down well. I think he may get bored with it fairly quickly but the multi-play could turn out to be quite popular with his 2 sisters too. All in all I think it is a good game for those who don't want to buy their children yet another violent shoot 'em and kill 'em!

i completed this game v. quickly - bought it because i liked the film. however, the extras on it such as mini-golf and diving are fun and can be played multi-player with friends..arrived v quickly, thank you! :)

A very short game. Rated Universal for infrequent mild language and innuendo. Chase on boulders, play football, but it is easy to get stuck.

Loosley based on the Madagascar film, you play as different characters to undertake different elements of each mission some of which are scenes from the film. There are a number of mini games to play as well such as musical chairs and dancing that are good fun for young kids.
