The first thing that hits you when you pick up this guide is the quality of the cover. Being hardback it has a lovely feel and weight to it and the front cover and back cover graphics are so striking that you'll want to make sure this is out on display when your mates come over!
Fortunately the quality continues inside as well, with an eye-catching, yet tidy, layout that presents the information in entertaining, tightly written, bite-sized chunks. There's plenty of screenshots to illustrate the written guidance too.
In terms of the information that's on offer I think it is best summed up as exhaustive. No portion of the game's scoring system and environments has been omitted and each stage is given its own chapter with comprehensive and detailed information and strategies that if followed will yield massive scores.
In summary this guide is an essential purchase either for those looking to have a beautiful volume to add to their games collection or for anyone intent on wringing every last drop of blood from MadWorld.

From the striking hardback cover you'd be forgiven for thinking this is a 'The art of Madworld' book, crammed inside however is an extensive breakdown of the games systems, tricks, treats and secrets that will push the experience beyond what you thought was possible - the guys that took this game apart know things!!! The tables of info are accompanied by screen shots to illustrate the methods and techniques making it incredible user-friendly and a joy to consult. Plus, there is a beautiful bonus art section tucked away in the back that, along with the books high production values, take this beyond the normal gaming guide.
