I know 2 stars is low for an accessory that is licensed by call of duty (produced by Madcatz), but the fact that it is licensed by call of duty gave me very high expectations. the pros are that it is comfortable, obviously after a couple of hours of play it gets irritating, but i suspect thats a natural effect to happen when you have sounds going through one ear drum for 3 to 4 straight hours. setting up is quite simple, and the instructions in the box are very helpful and straight forward to set up the bluetooth connection. sadly, those are the only advantage comments i can give this accessory. it fits on the ear comfortably (but for some weird reason, it fits on my left ear better than it does on my right ear, i don't think the accessory is to blame for my slight physical deformations). as i connected with my friends online, the first thing they complained about was that my voice was low... i went back to the accessory setup screen and increased the mic volume above the recommended '1' to '3,' and although it helped a bit, they still wanted my voice to be louder. However, the biggest disadvantage for this accessory is that its not loud enough!!! that drove me crazy, i chatted with many different people on my friends list and i could barely hear them. The frustrating thing is that i increased the volume to its maximum and still it was very low. obviously, i had to jam the ear piece further inside my ear to hear clearer, but that only made it more irritating as well as more frustrating. to be honest with you, i would definitely rather using an old fashioned huge headset, with a huge mic attached to it, because i feel that would definitely be better. although this headset might look sleek and modern, the fact that it does not function properly is a big disappointment. sadly, the faults with this headset are not simple enough that i would go on using it and overlook the disadvantages, the only solution is to simply buy a better one.
