In part 2 Mad Bull and his partner are teamed up with a female detective who has just been transferred to the precinct when they tackle drugs on the streets of New York.
A new crook is moving into the 34th precinct and who has a grudge against the cop that put him in a wheelchair.
As the tension builds up the female detective is captured while investigating the crook's mansion, Diazaburo finds himself way in over his head and Mad Bull plays a game of chance to the whereabouts of his colleagues before time runs out for everyone.
This a superb sequel to part 1 of Mad Bull 34. If you've seen the first one, I highly reccommend this one!
