Looks good but unfortunately unhelpful

My partner is Australian born Macedonian who speaks the language fluently but is unable to read or write it. I would like to learn to speak the language to allow me to communicate more effectively, and easily, with his primarily Macedonian born extended family.
Unfortunaely as this book uses only the cyrillic language and not the phonetic versions of Macedonian words, it wasn't helpful at all to me.
Other than that, it looks like a wonderful book which would be very beneficial for anyone who wants to learn to read and write the langauge, rather than simply speak it.
