Don't be put off by the price, this is just as good as the bottle of special blend I got from Aldi last week. The nose is little and delicate with hints of barn doors and summer grass in December, The wooden box tasted great as well and went well with some chips. . 1928 was a great year for malt as it was leap year which started on a Sunday; this always makes for the best malts. The only drawback was that is was the last every bottle and by some miracle another was on sale the very next week. Don't delay by this now, remember your ginger ale and ice as it improves the flavour.
