I have ordered from this seller quite a few times as I run a cat home for older cats - I have to say that the customer service is exemplary! Absolutely first class! The product itself is excellent quality - you simply write your telephone number on the poppered-closed bit of the collar with an indelible pen (no expensive name/tele no. tag that can get lost or disconnected from the collar, as I have found in the past has happened and at £7.50 a tag that is quite a bit if you have a number of cats!!)and it is there for good. Very nice colours in a royal blue, racing green or piller box red - snap-to fastening on the collar is very good as well - only lost a couple where the cats probably got stuck up a tree knowing them! But I highly recommend this seller - they are polite, efficient and 110% true to their word with their products which, I might add, always arrive well before the estimated date. Highly recommended.

this cat collar is a good idea BUT do not buy it if you have an escapologist cat like mine-he managed to get out of it FIVE times in one day, then lost the collar altogether. Not for adventurous cats then! an otherwise good product, i really like the little flap where you write your details, excellent idea.

falls off
once the car has it on its hard to keep it there, as its a catch it falls off easily, you have to hand write the address on and its quite hard to keep it on there the flap keeps... Read more

Better than a tag? Are you positive?
