I have always been a die hard fan of Asus board but recently have bought a few MSI boards.
If your looking at this board, you most likely are on a budget and maybe don't want to compromise and get a decent value rig for your money.
You can save a lot of money on you budget buy buying a cheaper mother board possible trying to stretch to afford to put a i5 3570k in your new PC (which I recommend) , this can always go 2 way good and bad, mainly due to the fact that some budget boards will hinder any overclocking etc.
The MSI does a very good job at overclocking (considering the price) and seems very solid and stable.
The board actually look very very nice and look great in the majority of cases.
You have plenty of features including very very simple bios updates.
Overall a very very good board for the price definitely get an i5 3570k if your saving money by buying this board, shame about what seems to be a common ram fault (but that's what you warranty is for!) if your getting an i7 this board isn't for you!
