Many people would recommend more high end motherboards if your intention is to overclock, however, I found this motherboard is just as capable as any other motherboard when it comes to overclocking. I currently have a 3570K overclocked to 4.5GHz at 1.35V and it is perfectly stable.

The motherboard does lack a few features which would have been nice, it does not come with Lucid Logix nor is the sound card THX licensed although it does come with THX driver software.

Generally speaking this motherboard is as good as its going to get without spending too much for features you may not use.

I have always been a die hard fan of Asus board but recently have bought a few MSI boards.

If your looking at this board, you most likely are on a budget and maybe don't want to compromise and get a decent value rig for your money.

You can save a lot of money on you budget buy buying a cheaper mother board possible trying to stretch to afford to put a i5 3570k in your new PC (which I recommend) , this can always go 2 way good and bad, mainly due to the fact that some budget boards will hinder any overclocking etc.

The MSI does a very good job at overclocking (considering the price) and seems very solid and stable.

The board actually look very very nice and look great in the majority of cases.

You have plenty of features including very very simple bios updates.

Overall a very very good board for the price definitely get an i5 3570k if your saving money by buying this board, shame about what seems to be a common ram fault (but that's what you warranty is for!) if your getting an i7 this board isn't for you!

This MoBo is great, excellent stability and would reccomend. I only had one small problem in which my frequency and voltage multipliers were locked. But once I flashed the BIOS back to 2.3 I had no problems and it is a great MoBo with a 3570k!

This was for my first build and it's an excellent motherboard for the money. Has plenty of features, full overclocking options for those who do (although I don't overclock I don't know how good these features are) and the board feels solid. The manual is excellent and covers all areas of the board with clear marking as to where to find them. The build went like a dream and I'm typing this review from the new build.

Excellent mobo, full featured and pretty too.

some others have had some serious reliability issues with these ones, but mine has been flawless since feb 2014 [I'll update this if it changes] It's fully compatible with linux too, which is a bonus.

supports intel fast boot, has SATA 3.0 so SSDs are ridiculously fast. I've shoved a GTX760 in mine and the combo is one hell of a gaming PC.

Fantastic Mobo, very easy to use and set up good quality and it's built in features are great too such as the overclocking features and such. I like the BIOS graphics too, really fancy. Have been running it 1 year so far no problems.
