Product Description

Product Description

A graphics card is the single most important element for more FPS. As gamers, we understand that not just any graphics card will do. That's why we bring you the best of the best. We don't want to bug you with noise and heat, but we DO want to give you more performance. With MSI GAMING series graphics cards you get just that. Most MSI Gaming graphics cards come pre-overclocked out of the factory. This simply means you get more performance out of your card, without spending any time on checking for maximum clocks and stability. Pre-overclocked graphics cards simply give more performance and you don't have to worry about damaging your card, it is completely covered by our warranty! MSI's Twin Frozr has been the industry defining graphics card cooler. The first Twin Frozr kicked of the dual-fan trend and today MSI stays true to its dual-fan dual-slot design where others have to resort to less effective means. The other part that the Twin Frozr cooler uses is a large Aluminium fin grid array that provides a huge amount of surface area for cooling. Heat from the GPU is transferred to the fin grid array by virtue of heat pipes with MSI's special SuperPipe technology. SuperPipes transfer heat twice as fast as regular heat pipes enabling an MSI GAMING graphics card to stay cooler than the competition. Futhermore, MSI provide all new Airflow Control technology on Twin Frozr. This new thermal tech. is leading airflow to heat pipe by spcial defletor on heatsink, so it can deflect more airflow to heat pipes directly. In addtion,This exclusive heatsink design is increasing the area of heatsink so that enhacing the efficiency of dissipation much more.

This is a very good card, capable of exceeding the stock specifications of a GTX 670 by Overclocking.

Runs games extremely well at 1080p, for example excluding SSAA it can run Metro: Last Light at max settings with 60+ fps in almost all instances, same for the Witcher 2, again excluding SuperSampling. For the price, performance like this is hard to come by, with AMD's 7950 arguably close behind.

Also with the possibility of SLI in the future, which in the latest games is giving 90+% higher framerates extremely smoothly, two of these cards would provide more processing power than a single GTX Titan, and at a significantly lower price (~£800 for a Titan vs. ~£500 for two 760s).

This MSI GPU is easily enough for all of the high end games at a great level of quality with a very high fps. I used this in my new PC build with an Intel core-i7 4770k both are fully compatible and neither bottleneck each other, you may want to make sure that this card will fit into your case - it was a tight squeeze into my NZXT Phantom 410 Mid-Tower case. This is as you may have guessed it, a very long card.

I have had this product running at a constant high gaming load and found that the fans stay quiet, the card does not heat up the rest of my case and best of all; the card can deliver its worth.

One thing I did notice was the box of the GPU, nothing to do with Amazon, simply MSI the GPU comes in a black box which has all the cables etc in a small black card container on top of the foam that covers the GPU, the box that the smaller black box slides out of (the one you can see in the picture) is probably one of the flimsiest boxes I have ever seen, after putting that aside and hooking the GPU up to my Motherboard it worked really well.

Since you mount everything pointing down in PCIe slots the heatsink fan section of the GPU is facing down, but this does mean that you get a look at the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) which on the GPU I got sent was black, making the build look all the more awesome from my windowed case.

I would advise buying for both SLI and for single card use, when benchmarking the single 760 setup will give you just under the "High end gaming PC" bracket and with two way SLI you will be just above the "High end gaming PC" bracket. Overall this GPU is easily worth its money, it delivers in game, looks awesome and consumes little power for its performance. Great buy and when I can save up enough I think I might buy a second.

It's an absolutely astounding product. I'm happy I paid the extra money to get this one instead of the stock GTX 760. I've had no issues and I can play all of the latest games maxed out. Fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if you are! Wonderful product. Would buy again! Considering going into SLI with a second one they are just that good!

Overall card is excellent quality, it runs really cool and quiet but performs well.

However it doesn't run at 1150MHz out of the box, first you need to install the "MSI Gaming App" and then enable OC mode within that program. Out of the box the card runs at 1020MHz Core / 1085 MHz Boost, which is not the advertised "1150 MHz".

Why MSI thought it necessary to have to install bloatware to achieve the advertised clock rate is beyond me and was a really stupid idea by them. I really want to give this graphics card 5 stars but because of that I'm only giving it 4/5.

This card performs really well and is a great overclocker! I overclocked it +200MHz core clock on MSI Afterburner with the Core Voltage at +12mV and it's runs stable the temp never goes above 70c at full load. Idle is 27c-30c. I think getting the 770 version of this is worth it though for about £30-£40 more.

This card is great value for the money and will max the mojority of the games I play at playable frame rates (battlefield, assasins creed etc) the MSI cooler is also excellent and really helps to keep the card cool even whilst under massive loads.
The card is also resonable for use in vfx in programs improved with cuda.

Best bang for your buck. These look great, work great - the software is childsplay - have fun with overclocking. Am going to get another to run side by side. Paired with asrock Z77 extreme6 and i5 3570K it works a treat with blistering frame rates. Performance on a budget and add another for a little futureproofing. Only concern would be board configuration - This card is double width so will cover adjacent slot of the board. Just make sure you have room and enough access for what you want

This is the best gtx 760, its the quietest and the best resultant, defiantly chose msi.

I was looking for a few weeks at all the gtx 760 because they had the best price and then I saw that that the msi had the best results. I will defiantly buy another so I can sli it.
