When i placed the refill into my iron the filter replacement light remained on so I don't think these are what they say they are!

A spare plastic cartidge came in the package which I didn't expect but when I tried it the steam didn't get through to the iron, so I changed it back to the original. This wasn't a problem for me but could have been annoying. The fillers work OK

These filters are not what they seem. My iron has suffered with a blockage since use. The infill to insert the refill does not fit securley either. I have had to purchase more from Morphy Richards direct. Plus the image is not the same as when arrived. These are white.

A bit fiddly to change - but work perfectly
It took a while to get the 'sand bag'-type filter into the cartridge. You need a tool (like a flat screwdriver) and a bit of patience to put the two components together. Read more
