Toaster not good 6 Aug 2011

I had my kitchen done so I wanted a nice kettle and toaster to match and I liked the look of these items they looked modern and well made. I was pleased how they looked in my kitchen. I don't use the toaster much, but my daughter used it and she said all the lights blew and could not understand what happened. My husband used it at a later date and the same thing happened and the right hand side of the toaster would not work. I contacted Morphy Richards at first and as they agreed it was faulty I had to get in touch with Amazon and as the items came through a second party, I had to get in touch with them. There was a delay with them getting in touch, but I did receive a toaster in four days, so I hope that I get better service with this one. I have had no problems with the kettle. I was disappointed to see both items on sale in a supermarket for a lot less than I paid, but they were red and I wanted black.
