For the money you pay, this is a great little keyboard. Sometimes you notice the keys feeling slightly clunky but a beginner won't notice or care really. A good buy and great value for money.

Bought this for my 9 year old grandsona and he loves it. Does everything he wants from a keyboard for his age.

OK for younger children and undemanding adult beginners.
For everybody else, spend a little more on a Casio or Yamaha with MIDI capability for massive potential.

For:
Cheap, REALLY cheap.
Has a range of sounds (some sound very similar to each other though).
Record your performance and play it back.
Programmable percussion sounds.
Left-hand keyboard split for accompanyment is available.
Includes one finger chords.

Against:
Keyboard is not durable. Some keys can "double-contact" causing the note to sound twice.
Seemingly random allocation of sounds; since when did a Zither sound like a Flute for example?
You lose your performance when you swith it off.
All the sounds are very low quality.
The one finger chords are all Major key - most pop/rock music is Minor key.
No MIDI
