Product Description
Blu-ray Disc is the next-generation optical disc format that was developed to enable recording and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data. A single-layer Blu-ray Disc can hold 25GB, which can be used to record over 2 hours of HDTV. Blu-ray uses a blue-violet laser to read and write data while current optical disc technologies such as DVD use a red laser. The shorter wavelengths of the Blu-ray technology make it possible to record more data on the same space. These discs are safeguarded by Verbatim's super hard coat which protects against everyday wear and tear. With the rapid growth of HDTV, Blu-ray will meet the consumer demand for recording HD programming and is expected to replace VCRs and DVD recorders over the coming years.

Using an LG bh08ls20 x8 blue ray burner, all I am getting is media errors and coasters. This is using firmware 2.0 which I beleive is the latest.
This is using Nero 9.4.26.0.
This doesnt mean the media is bad but it doesnt seem to work with my burner (it could be a bad burner).

I ordered Mirror 4x White Printable 25GB Blu-Ray 10 Tub
1st two my burner would not recognise. The next two
seemed to work but on play back started to break up, data was corrupt.
Have used Verbatim BD-R and BD-RE disks with 100% no problems.
For normal DVD's I always used genuine Taiyo Yuden 100% no problems.
Burner is a LG GGW-H20L latest firmware

Can not fault the seller `'7dayshop'' Refunded my money no arguments.

I bought 2 packs of these. Out of the first 10 I have not found one that doesn't come up burn error on my pioneer burner.No problem with Verbatim BD-RE 's. Would not recccommend for my burner.Anybody want the other 10

Very reliable with LG BE12LU30 re-writer
From the first batch of 30 disks I bought, about 7 or 8 coasted - 2 or 3 from each drum. Those disks would also only write at 4x at the most and some needed to be written at 2x! Read more

Poor Quality
Despite the very good price and the very small inner diameter these discs are poor quality, I haven't even finished the box but so far 4/10 discs have turned into coasters. Read more

Problem free
So far every disk has written without hiccup and the printable surface holds ink just fine. Can't yet judge on longevity of the recordings but this is as good a start as any... Read more
