This Helmet is excellent, as are all MET helmets. This is the third one I have owned (I have a habit of falling off). Each helmet has protected my head exceptionally well. The last one I got through, hit the ground so hard a large piece broke off. Yet I suffered no damage to my head whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend this helmet.

Nice helmet confortable lite. Good looks and well ventilated. A bit cold in winter you will need a hat under Neath in temperatures below 10*

I've used Giro helmets in the past and liked them, but thought I would give this one a go for a change. I'm glad I did! Out of the box it fitted my head perfectly, I didn't even have to adjust it which was a bonus. There are plenty of vents and the air gets to your head effectively even at quite low speeds which is good for long rides.
Adjustment is easy with 2 clips at the back which slide tight or slack and there are washable foam pads on all of the contact points which makes for a comfortable fit.
The helmet is light, looks really good, especially the back with it's jagged parts which are all covered in the white plastic unlike cheaper helmets which usually have the black polystyrene parts of the helmet on show.
The white goes with many bike colours as well. All in all, a very good quality helmet with a good fit.
