fed up greenhouse owner 4 Jan 2011

I purchased this greenhouse last May(2010), the instructions were impossible to follow but I managed to work out what went where myself, the plastic cover ripped along the seam as I placed it over the frame, several months later the cover was destroyed by strong winds. After many phone calls trying to get a replacement cover I eventually got in touch with a company called Value who have told me that there is no replacement cover available. It would be pertenent for Amazon to research a companies credentials before selling products on their behalf, that way Amazon would have more happy customers. I now will have to spend more of my valuable money on a replacement greenhouse instead of a replacement cover. A message to anyone who is thinking of buying this greenhouse DON'T.

Errected this greenhouse yesterday, instructions a joke. Worked it out in the end but more luck than anything. Very easy to put together once you worked it out though. However 24 hrs later it was ripped by only medium winds, a rook seam had failed. Looks good value but waste of money as plastic about as think as a free carier bag and not as strong. Frame moves in the wind so everything falls off also, pass this by.

As other reviews say, don't bother. Winds destoy it. Waste of time and money. The instructions were poor but it was easy to erect.
