Firstly to agree with the reviewer who says the card is not as the photograph he is completely correct. The EDUP card (missing out a letter 'F' I think is a much larger card using a carrier in which is inserted the wireless card, covered over with the blue screening can. This was slightly bent in on the one I received; it came in a freezer bag with a small driver disk. The drivers installed OK but the set up program installed it with United States wireless settings and gave no option to change wireless settings to United Kingdom, so would not connect to the router.
Windows XP gave the driver details for the plug in wireless card not as TRIXES or EDUP but the actual plug in wireless card manufacturer. Their website only had the card drivers not the setup utility. It offered a download to fix problems, but the file was corrupt. I then checked the MAC address which gave the owners of that series of MAC addresses again completely different manufacturer.
Tried searching with Slimdrivers without success; so I rang Amazon and asked for Digiflex's telephone number. They said they had no listing but a quick Google found a firm in Essex. I checked the website and gave them a call and they said yes it was their card and they manufactured it; which seemed very strange for a firm who seem only to be box shifters. They listed numerous products and it was highly unlikely they manufacture all the items shown. When I asked to speak to their technical support which any decent manufacturing company would have they said the technician was not in this week.
When I asked which day would best to phone the said next Wednesday, again strange a large manufacturing company with one technician who only works Wednesdays. They definitely sound just like box shifters. They suggested I return the card to them and if I asked they would refund the return postage.
I said I would rather return it through Amazon as they paid the return carriage. The product was not even shown on the Digiflex website and if they had been the manufacturers the MAC lookup would have given their name. The TRIXES/EDUP card with two other manufacturing identities is not worth bothering with and being shipped out with drivers dated 2005 it should not be classed as NEW. The actual shipped card is the old style of manufacture were the company buy plug in wireless cards to insert in a carrier a system as was used in older style routers.
The card might work with some versions of XP but not with XP Pro and service pack 3; correctly installed with all country settings as United Kingdom. So Amazon and Digiflex should be taken to task for putting a false photograph showing a modern style wireless card and shipping out products which under the TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT are 'not fit for their intended purpose' and certainly not as the photograph.
I took a photograph of the wireless card which should appear under packaging reviews if Amazon cares to show it so people will know what they are buying.
