My daughter wanted a nice looking school bag to start high school. She picked this bag in purple as she thought it looked cool, she's very pleased with it.
From a parent's point of view I'm pleased with the size of the bag - it easily fits all her books in, pencil case, sandwich box.
The fabric seems to be pretty tough and I presume showerproof (we've had a fair bit of rain recently and no books have come home soggy)! The strap again seems tough and is adjustable and the over the shoulder style works well.
We're only into week 2 of use but I would say it's worth the price as long as it proves to be tough and lasts a fair while....

I bought this for my daughter who was starting her first year at comprehensive school and needed a large strong bag to carry all her books etc. This bag is excellent value and quite funky it has lasted through 3 weeks of school and has not yet shown signs of wear it was also good value for money :)
