5.0 out of 5 stars A Return to Old Values, 11 April 2008

Caveman marks the return of the old fashioned family game, where young and old alike gather around to compete in grand style. The game is a visual feast, right down to viscous dinosaurs stalking the foothills of an active volcano. Kids will have no problem grasping the basic strategies, whilst adults will try more subtle tactics. In the end though, ganging up on the leading faction works remarkably well and each faction can pursue its own course to victory. I enjoyed this game hugely and can thoroughly recommend it as an alternative to the gameboy generation. Draw your family closer together - play Caveman today!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow! so good to have a game that has a different board each time!, 10 April 2008
Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
Wow! love this game! I've been an avid gameboard fan for years and it's great to find a game that has all the elements to make a game greeeeeaaaattttt!

It can be played as a game for children, young adults, as a family game and takes on a new dimension when only played by adults!!!

These game designers know how to make a game exciting! Every time you play the board changes and so no two games are ever the same. We play it as a family and I can involve all my children. It gets quite competetive. The great thing is is that the game is designed so that it is self regulating, so if you are winning everyone else naturally gangs up on you so it's exciting to the end.

My children love ganging up on me and the children have a real laugh beating dad! it's great that whatever age they are...they have a chance to win.

Great to get kids off the computer and learning how to negotiate, use strategic tactics and learning how to work together as a team.

When will this hit the highstreet? Could see it as a big hit!

Thanks and good luck.

Claire
