Ordered Monday evening around 11pm and arrived well packaged and on Thursday morning's post. Considering the value of the product, very good packaging and FREE P&P, the service was excellent.
The baterries are embossed with "Blackberry" and "MS1" on the front, and "Lithium Polymer 3.7V" and "1500mAh" as well as the usual legal notices. They fit perfectly into my Bold 9000 and well as my Bold 9700.

battery in a original-like package, branded blackberry. I was unlucky enough to receive a battery from a faulty batch: after a full charge shut down suddenly when the charge indicator is still at 50%.
the seller was helpful, and replaced the battery: another faulty one. so we agreed to try a third one being careful it was from another batch, and this time it seems it's working properly.

The battery arrived on time, but it is a very poor product. It barely lasts 12 hours and the phone will go from showing 50% charge to powering itself off within a couple of minutes. I have gone back to using my original 2 year old battery as it performs much better, (3 days charge and doesn't switch itself off without warning). I would have to seriously question as to whether this is an original product or if it is just a cheap copy.

Not great, a temporary solution
