Great light which e-Luminates the whole screen. The two light settings are a good idea: Low is good when its dark, when high would be too much - when there is ambient light, but not on the screen, high is good. Being able to use a rechargeable AAA is great, and the flat bit is thin enough to slip between kindle and cover on my eco-nique cover - would probably work with many others too. The flexible neck is easy to place to get light where you want it, helped by the swivelling battery housing, and stays put. A good buy.

I was looking for a light for my Kindle that integrated fairly well with it's case, since as a vegetarian, the Amazon lighted leather cases don't seem like an option for me. The most popular lights for the Kindle otherwise seem to be clip on, which I simply didn't really like. After purchasing my M-Edge case, however, I came across this little light which can be used both with regular books like a bookmark, but with the M-Edge cases which it fits perfectly, sliding into a purpose designed pocket. This was a plus for me.

The bulb is very tiny, however the light it produces (powered by a single AA battery - not included) is very impressive, with two different intensities on offer. The light can be very easily bent to exactly the position you might require and stays there. The light is attached to the 'bookmark' on a rotating head allowing it to be turned around and kept neatly to the side of the case and out of the way.

A great little light no matter what case you have chosen for your Kindle, but if you use an M-Edge case the compatibility is definitely an added bonus.

This is a great little product - fits beautifully into the M-edge cover and gives ample even light for reading, with three levels of brightness to select from the touch sensor. Battery life seems to be good too. But ... after a few hours of usage, it's gone mental - turning on and off by itself, light level goes up and down, then I can't turn it on, then I can't turn it off. The problem seems to be with the sensor rather than a loose connection (as far as I can tell) and it is very, VERY annoying. Have I just got a duff one, or has anyone else had this problem?

I looked for ages for a kindle light which is not a clip on and would go with my leather dura-gadgit case, I finally found the M-Edge e-Luminator, the light is small and takes one AAA battery, it has two settings which makes it good for dim and dark situations, I have found it easy to slide down between the kindle and the case and adjust to a good reading position.

The light is small enough to fold along the side of the case and be left attached even when not in use. In conclusion, I am very happy with this product, so long as your case is compatible it is a really good option.

Oh the light ships without a battery so have one handy if you are impatient like me!

Very useful for night readers not wanting main lights on or beside lamps. the light is plenty to read by and does not disturb a sleeping partner. The battery life is good, even on the brightest of the 3 settings. Recommended for night owls and readers

Easy to set up, the light is perfect.
But I find 2 things rather annoying:
The switch that one uses to select one of the two levels of intensity available, can't be used to turn it off/on.
It is another switch at the bottom that turns it off/on. It isn't in a easy place to get to (after you put in into the M-Edge case it stays at the back of the kindle so you have to turn the kindle upside down to get to it) and it is the same switch that is used to hold the batteries inside.
So it is easy to take the batteries out inadvertently (hence the second problem) while trying to turn the lights off.

EDIT: as someone was kindly enough to explain to me, the switch does have an off position, but it is very easy to miss it, since it only works on specific place (at least in mine).

But the price is fair and it seems solid enough.

This is just brillant. My husband finds it hard to sleep with the light on so this is cheaper than marriage counciling! The light has different intensity settings and it is easy to direct the beam. All in all a good product. I knocked a star off cos it would have been great if it was designed in such a way that it could be stowed in the cover when not in use or when traveling.

bought with the m edge jacket and wifi kindle

the light is very powerful and fits very well into the m edge jacket for the kindle

there are 3 choices of light and it's perfect when reading in bed and not disturbing your partner by having the bedroom light on

did find the battery compartment a bit fiddly but think that's just me

would recommend this product and company
