5.0 out of 5 stars Drum N Bass's answer to Miss Dynamite??, 12 Feb 2004
By A Customer
Combining her scattershot, rave-hyping rhymes and planet-sized-sing-song hooklines, with the legendary production nous of Full Cycle (Roni Size's label); Tali has dropped the most important Drum n' Bass LP in years. Her debut album contains enough moments of roughneck brilliance to win over even the most jungle-phobic of listeners. She has both the talent and the backing necessary to take catchy-but-credible drum n bass out of the clubs and into the mainstream. The first track of the album - Blazin - has been receiving extensive radio play for some time now, and the albums title track (her signature tune) has stuck the name Tali into many a junglists head. 2004 is set to be her year.

4.0 out of 5 stars very good, Roni Size unearthed a gem here!, 19 Oct 2004
By R. Barnes (Surrey, England) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
I first saw Tali live when she supported Roni Size & it took me a while to get round to buying this debut, but it was well worth it. Stand-out tunes have to be Blazin which comes roaring in with crescendo of beats, where Tali exhibits the true soulfulness of her voice along with 'Airport Lounge' & Grey Days two laid back grooves, 'dont blame me' a wonderful trippy drum n bass ballad if you could call it that and a fat old tune in 'high hopes' to end the album. Note also the groovy, jazzy hidden track 'kool nites' at the end of 'grey days'. This girl is a shining star in the ascendance in Drum n Bass.
