This course relies heavily on your ability to remember its content as, unless you can view it on one computer and simultaneously practise what it teaches on another, it is a considerable challenge. Mac users should be very wary of reassigning function keys as this can produce some unexpected results in other applications. That said, the course is packed with interesting demos. Adobes' own "Classroom in a Book" is probably a better buy for absolute beginners coming to this complex application as it allows the user to go at his or her own pace.
