I have just spent the last half hour trying to find the episode called "Siren" The collection is billed as the sixth series, Episodes 19-22 but episode 20 is only shown in a "making of" type documentary.I have been reading through the revues on this page which rightly praise this series but only one mentions the fact that it only 75% complete. Am I missing something or have the two of us got a faulty first disc? Perhaps the manufacturers would like to comment.

This set claims to be episodes 19 to 22 in fact episode 20 Siren is only covered on disc one as a limited Behind the Scenes extra. Also Ghost Train on disk two is not written by Lynda La Plante and it shows. Episodes Tracks and Shooter are up to standard and enjoyable viewing. Perhaps two stars for this set. Xavier Jones NZ

This series is one of the many wonderful British TV series which we do not get in the US. Like most British series, the episodes are longer than in any US series, which allows more character development and more twists. It also has a more finely nuanced set of conclusions than the typical US series. Perhaps, more jaded than Americans, the ending of each episode is less likely to be "happy ever after", with both villain and hero getting their just desserts. The acting is always excellent, and so is the writing.

Trial and Retribution
Another good series from Lynda LaPlante. The cast is excellent and the cast continues to entertain. Always good value for money.

Trial & Retribution
Excellent box set. Good to be able to watch the episodes back to back without the irritaion of waiting the next day or the next week. good value and good entertainment.

trial ajnd retriibution
I find trial and retribution very engaging and keeps your interest from begining to end. I do enjoy Lynda La Plante's stories.
