I bought this for my 14 year old border collie who has arthritis. He was having real joint problems after lying on the rug on the wooden floor in the evening, to the extent that we were having to carry him up the stairs to get to his bed at night. He now lies in his wolfy bed, and this has made such an immediate difference. He loves it, and looks so comfortable, it looks as though he is lying on a feather and duck quilt when he is in his bed. I can honestly say that since we have bought this, he is able now to get up the stairs himself. I am so impressed, I am buying another one to replace his old ordinary bed that he has for night sleeping. I just wish I had bought him this years ago.
