I just bought 2 of these for my kids beds, the delivery service was prompt we also recieved a call to say when the delivery would take place. the mattresses arrived well packaged and in good condition and although it is still early days I have to say I defy any one to get a better new mattress for a cheaper price. I had never even considered buying this type of product on line before but no i am glad I took the leap 5 Stars all the way in my opinion.

Amazon Verified Purchase
With memories of disappointment when a mattress checked and tried in a local shop failed to live up to expectations it was a step in the dark to purchase 2 of these `Happy Beds' mattresses via the internet. These were delivered promptly in 2 layers of plastic wrapping and I can confirm they tick all the boxes. Firstly they were chosen on the basis of best value for money after trawling a number of sources. Secondly they are exactly as described and fit my guest beds perfectly - 6ft 3 ins in length, 3ft wide and just short of 7ins deep. Thirdly their construction makes them entirely fit for purpose being nicely sprung at medium firmness, and for appearance they are pleasingly quilted with a light coloured fabric. Comfort has been confirmed on use by children and grandchildren. Finally I can comment on after-sales service. Notwithstanding all the positive ticks awarded above I report that one of the mattresses was defective - but with a pleasing no-quibble response from JJJDirect a new mattress was provided and the original collected.

Bought this mattress for the spare bed after reading previous customer reviews. I was very pleased with the purchase, and its the best mattress I've seen for the money.

Very soft mattress
This mattress is very soft though will prob be ok for my 6 yr old daughter. Also, some of the quilting stitching has started to come out after only one week.
