The only fault this mattress has is that my younger son will not get up as he claims it is so comfy after one night sleep on it. Time will tell but the service and the mattress have been perfect till now.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased this Deluxe Mattress In January 2012, it has developed a small dip with the springs being noisy as if they are loose. I wrote to Bed Express who wrote back saying I could return the mattress to them, but I would HAVE to pay for the delivery charge, this doesn't seem fair at all, and I told them, they always quote 'we have to abide by Amazon Community rules'
I was told to take pictures of the problem, which I did, then I got mail saying 'Thanks for the mail. Please read the return and refund policy on Amazon. Even though you are over 28 days period I will ask my supplier to remove the time limit and as soon as the item is sent back to supplier that full refund will be applied to your account' 28 day rule???? it's FAULTY 28 day rule shouldn't apply to faulty goods, I wrote back stating that, and got this in reply (after I said I can't afford to send a mattress back) 'I am sorry to see you unhappy but we have to follow Amazon community rules'
So if you buy a mattress from this company be aware that if there's a problem you will have to pay!
