I thought it was the best monitor ever... Until one day the screen suddenly became black. The monitor was open but it did not operate.
I have tried to reach the company through e-mail and they replied to my queries after 1 week (and after sending them several reminders)!!
What was their final response? GET A NEW MONITOR FROM OUR WEBSITE (which does not sell separate monitors)!
This is unacceptable for a company selling so expensive goods. As I have already informed the company, I intent to address this issue to the Netherlands Consumers Authority (ConsuWijzer), as well as to any other authority responsible for this issue. This is not a matter of money; this is a matter of respect to the consumers.
