Product Description
Named for the record setting Lockheed Martin jet fighter from the 1960s, the Luminox SR-71 Blackbird stainless steel men's watch offers an excellent balance of technological innovation, durability, and style. The 1.6-inch round stainless steel watch case and link bracelet band are plated with black PVD (physical vapor deposition) for a decidedly mysterious look. It features the vaunted Luminox self-powered illumination system, which glows 100 times brighter than other luminous watches and will provide continuous illumination for more than 25 years. This watch is also water resistant to 100 meters (10 ATM, 330 feet), suitable for recreational snorkeling. The black dial face is supplemented by large white hands (with red-tipped seconds hand), stick dial markers, and a date function at 3 o'clock. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, multi-jeweled Swiss quartz watch movement, double screw-down crowns, and a lithium battery with up to 10 years of battery life.
