I was first attracted to this book because of its contemporary styling. The store was a myriad of similar publications, but nothing as modern or durable. The brilliantly chunky pages are great for the children. No danger of ripping here! And then you get to the music.... The musical arrangements are some of the best and advanced I've heard in a children's product. Sung by a group called FUNtastic, they are totally appropriate, and what's more, they really work. Although my youngest likes to turn the pages of the book and gurgle along in the day time, I put the music on when she goes to bed and she's fast asleep by the end of track seven. My personal recommendations are Hush Little Baby, Rockabye Baby and Frere Jacques. I'm trying to find out more about the singers, please let me know if you find anything. This book gets 5 out of 5 from me!

This is simply perfect. The book, as with all the Amazing Baby range, is superb and so well balanced between play thing and educational tool. But together with the CD, which is of the highest quality imaginable, this has to be one of the very best things I have used with my daughter. I cannot stress enough how well composed and produced the music is. Most of this sort of thing leaves me cringing, but in all honesty, I would happily listen to the CD to relax or get myself off to to sleep. When I saw this in a local store, I knew I had to have it immediately, and it has not disappointed. It's been better than I thought and given us so much fun and pleasure. If you have a child, you have to own this.

Fantastic book that has my child completely entralled. The music is very relaxing and is helping her sleep every night.
