5.0 out of 5 stars The essence of real spirituality 28 Jun 2010
Format:Paperback
Lucid Living by Timothy Freke may be a small and short book, but size isn't everything. In spite of its small size and length, this book is very big in terms of content. There is more spiritual truth in this little book than in many well-known spiritual books ten times its length. Timothy Freke has managed the rare feat of condensing the very essence of real spirituality into just a few pages, and presents it in a manner which is very accessible, easy to understand and even entertaining. No words, no matter how profound, can fully express truth, but this book comes just about as close as you can get. It will probably take you less than an hour to read this book, even if you read it very slowly, but that one hour might well be the most valuable time you've ever spent. This is a book that deserves to become an all-time classic.

Format:Paperback
This wonderful little book is perfect little gem. Mr Freke - what a name! - takes you on a magical journey to your own deeper nature, where you come face to face with an amazing, most unexpected, but truly delightful surprise. A must read for everyone interested in life and what it means and what it could become for all of us.

5.0 out of 5 stars Turns your head inside out 24 July 2010
Format:Paperback
Tim's excellent little book (or CD, the contents are the same) really challenges everything you think is real. It is a great introduction to some of the more 'weighty' books out there, and is utterly readable.

PS: Tim is a truly lovely man.
