Lizzie R. says:
Did anyone else find shades of Mr. Darcy and Pride and Prejudice in this book? I thought that Luc was very Mr Darcyish. He writes Jane off as a natural woman at first sight, and almost immediately afterwards is caught by her quick wit, then her green eyes, gradually everything about her is so intriguing that he's wondering why he never appreciated natural women in the first place.

Am I just being biased because I adore Luc and want to equate him with other romance icons?
