I assumed (because it was called `a cookbook') that this would have lots of recipes - it does have a few. I also assumed because this was called the UK edition that it would have been translated from 'Americanisms' - not totally. However, it did give me a lot of information regarding cholesterol and what to eat/not to eat.

Enjoyable and easy to follow, just choose the sections that apply to you and try the recipes - some need a little work but on the whole quite tasty.

Easy read and so easy to follow the advice and recipes. Not a recipe book as such, more a guide to life and diet change
