Product Description

Weight Watchers is the name that everyone associates with weight loss. For the past 35 years the organisation has helped millions of people in the UK lose weight. This series of bright, modern cookbooks allows dieters to eat the food they love, but in healthy, low-fat versions. Everyone loves pasta but some dieters are wary of including it in their weight loss plan because they think it's fattening. Not so. Low Point Pasta has more than 60 pasta recipes that are full of gutsy flavours, but which are low in fat and calories. As well as familiar Italian-inspired dishes, there are Oriental noodles, Californian pasta with freshtasting salsa and recipes from Turkey and the Caribbean. The recipes are accompanied by colourful, enticing photography that just makes you want to start cooking.

pasta lover 25 Feb 2003
Format:Paperback
As a lover of pasta I could eat it three times a day forever, this book is brilliant, the language used is simple without being patronising, the recipes are easy to follow and quick to make, a good selection so each meal is different. This is an easy way to lose weight without missing out on good food, if you're a pasta lover that is, but I'm sure there is something here to tempt the most discerning of diners.
