Lon Milo DuQuette's latest memoir is as entertaining, yet less technical than My Life with Spirits. There are similar stories, which make for interesting comparison, such as his exorcism of a Catholic Girls' School. While it is entertaining, he describes his methods in such a way that gives a working magician some direction in how he addressed certain problems and an indication of how others might tackle the same. It is not a manual of magick per se, but written between every line in the book is a helpful piece of advice: "It works for me, find what works for you."
