I have had tremendous success with this book and the other ones in the series. I don't know if the recipes are just well-suited to my National/Panasonic machine or what, but I have NEVER had a failed recipe in the batch. Granted, the author always suggests to add ingredients in the order that is recommended by your machine, so I suppose a good working knowledge of your bread machine is a must. I especially liked this book and the subsitutes that it has for sugar. I highly recommend this book.

Absolutely delicious bread - even my son eats it. Easy to understand and most ingredients are available in Australia. Works great in my new Breville Breadmaker

Easy wipe hard Cover, with inner book in a spiral bound format, very good for propping up & looking at when cooking. Fab small size, recipe's are great & alike other reviewer have had absolute success with these recipe's. I use Panasonic machine & they have all been delicious to date.I purchased my used copy from betterworldbooks, at £2:85, delivered all the way from the USA in 2 weeks, amazing value & funding a good cause.
No photographs, inner pages in type only. Give's dietary breakdown - calories, fat, cholesterol content (per ounce) et, very helpful. Great book, amongst a few I have in my library of cook books, glad I discovered it.
