There are lots of unusual recipes inside with pictures of each finished dish. The Nutrients per serving are helpful and each dish has the total calories, carbohydrate, protein and fat contents.
It also gives ideas to vary the ingredients if wanted.
You need to plan ahead for some of the recipes, to make sure you have the ingredients to hand before you start cooking.
