Originally recommended to me by a dietician (I'm diabetic), the book is great for entertaining as well as everyday meals because it doesn't compromise on taste or originality. It totally changed my perception that healthy meals are boring. The instructions are clearly laid out, simple to follow and with nice pictures which helps. If you are after healthy food or just a good cookbook I have no hesitation in recommending this book.

An excellent book for those who are watching their fat intake. Every recipe contains complete nutritional information. Highly recommended is Chicken Charmoula with Fruity Couscous. A real hit!

The book arrived quite quickly and in very good condition. It is a useful book to have as it has lots of information
about fat and helps you make sensible choices.
There are lots of unusual recipes inside with pictures of each finished dish. The Nutrients per serving are helpful and each dish has the total calories, carbohydrate, protein and fat contents.
It also gives ideas to vary the ingredients if wanted.
You need to plan ahead for some of the recipes, to make sure you have the ingredients to hand before you start cooking.
