Product Description

British romantic comedy starring Dougray Scott and Claire Forlani. Rob Haley (Scott) is an up-and-coming London chef and restaurateur who is devastated when he loses his wife in a tragic accident. His friend TV chef Gordon Ramsay (appearing as himself) persuades him to reinvent his life by taking on a dilapidated country pub and transforming it into a gourmet restaurant. There he is visited by beautiful American food critic Kate Templeton (Claire Forlani) - but are either of them ready to find an appetite for love?

4.0 out of 5 stars Love's Kitchen 12 July 2011
By HEG
Format:DVD
This is a great "feel good" English Rom Com - with a really impressive line up, Simon Callow is particularly entertaining. It has a rather old fashioned feel to it in some ways, a certain predictability that is rather endearing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful film great story 20 Dec 2011

This is a foodie's version of Love actually, Fantastic story great acting and of course The God of the kitchens himself Gordon is in it could not want more from a film if you love Real English Pubs and a storyline that no doubt rings a lot of truth bells then here it is Loves Kitchen.

And Maybe idiotic Americans who still insist on driving along texting and talking on mobiles may actually realise its not your 'right' to use your phone driving it's others right to live.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect Sunday film 18 July 2011
Format:DVD
I really enjoyed this movie, There are a host of familler faces such as Peter Bowes and Cherie Lungi, I really enjoyed seeing Michelle Ryan as the kitchen assistent. The central performances from Dougray Scott and Claire Forlani were great and the story was sweet without being over sentiamental and was very funny in parts Simon Callow as a Tv food critic was very funny and the story was well paced and kept you intrested a treat for lovers of Notting Hill, Solitaire for 2 , and No reservations a must buy for fans of romentic comedy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad!
This movie isn't bad, but I was expecting a little bit more from the story. It's a nice movie to watch, but nothing special.
