I found this audio book wonderful. However, it builds on the ideas outlined in Louise Hay's other books, applying them specifically to the body. So if you are unfamiliar with Louise Hay's philosophy then this book is probably not the place to start - "Love Yourself, Heal Your Life" would be better and would put this book in the right context.

Fails to live up to its title 30 Sep 2001

...This audio tape concentrates on instilling in us a sense of wonder about our internal organs etc etc. Sorry - I couldn't take it seriously! It might be interesting to those looking for 'whole body health', whatever that is, but if, like me, you're a thirtysomething mother of two looking for some affirmations designed to help you love your body again, feel sexy etc after childbirth - don't waste your time or money.
