Product Description

Love at Work foments a revolution for workplaces of every description and in every industry: a revolution in which leaders understand that engaging people's hearts trumps engaging their minds. Wilson shows how leaders who love: believe in their people; pull out their highest good; serve their success; and challenge them to stress. When people's felt needs are met, says author Brady Wilson, they release the energy that triggers discretionary effort — 400% more effort, according to the Corporate Leadership Council. The principles in this cutting-edge book are sure to change the face of the workplace for years to come.

By Ben Wilson - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Easily the best book I have read in a long time, "Love at Work" is transforming my approach to communication at work, but even more importantly, in my marriage and family relationships as well. Today's workplace is drastically different from the past. The school of hard knocks management philosophy is a dead end road that doesn't yield results. This book shows the real power of love in bringing out the best in others through emotional engagement and taking an authentic interest in people. Once you've read it, you'll see that there's no other way to treat people at work, and there's no other way to live life. Love is the most powerful force there is, and its potential is limitless once we understand how to tap into that energy and remove the interference that blocks love in relationships. "Love at Work" is practical, accessible, and contagious. Reading it is like going out for coffee with a great friend who makes you feel completely valued and understood. You won't want to put it down.
