Twenty years later, they meet at the high school reunion. Each is still nursing a broken heart that they thought the other had caused. Then the sparks begin to fly. But is it too late?
This is pure romance and reminds me very much of Gerri's earlier romance books. A most enjoyable read.

This is the best Gerri Hill book so far.Iv read every one of Gerris books so to date and have liked them all,Gulf Breeze being a particular favourite.Then along comes Love Waits and totally takes over as number 1 on the favourite list.The story is so good you will not want to put it down until you have read it all,i know,i was late for work the next day because i did just that!!-I cant wait til the next one-Thanks Gerri.

Nice one Gerri!
OK, here it is. It is a fairly predictable story line. Girl meets girl in High school, fall in love, break up, can't forget each other, meet again, get together again. We have read this before. BUT Gerri Hill is doing an exceptional job here. And, let's be honest, in one way or another we can all relate to the first love bit (in a been there - done that - and got that T-shirt kinda way). Even though you know where the story goes, you will still find yourself not wanting to stop reading until you're through it. It's engaging, romantic (in a non horrible way) and charming. More please!!!
