good book for the heartbroken 19 Aug. 2013
By Southpaw - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
They say that misery loves company. And I think that the lovesick and heartbroken demand it. In a way it is comforting to know that there are others (from famous people such as Tina Fey and Jennifer Aniston) who have had breakups. They've put into words what is simmering deep inside me. This is a small book filled with quotes ranging from anger to independence. The sections are the following:devastation, anger, regret, loneliness, cynicism, rebounding, moving on, independence.

As a quote aficionado and a person who's currently in the throes of heartache, I enjoyed reading it. Interspersed between the sections are some blank pages where you can write your own thoughts on anger, regret, etc. Additionally, you'll find some Top Five themes such as Top Five Breakup Food and Top Five Moving On Songs. Overall, I think this is a good book and I recommend it.
